Creamy Parmesan Chicken with Penne

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  1. Cook the Chicken:
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
