Variations & Tips
- Add a Kick: Mix in chopped jalapeños or a dash of cayenne pepper for heat.
- Swap Nuts: If you’re not a fan of pecans, use crushed walnuts or sunflower seeds for coating.
- Herb Substitutes: Try scallions or dill instead of chives for a flavor twist.
- Spice it Up: Add a few drops of hot sauce for extra zing.
- Make Ahead: These cheese balls can be prepped a few days in advance and stored in the fridge.
