Low-Carb Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Balls Recipe

Servings: 8 portions


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 6 bacon strips (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, bacon crumbles, chives, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll each ball in chopped pecans to evenly coat the outside.
  5. Arrange the cheese balls on a plate or tray.
  6. Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
